About Harmony Pasifika

The world we live in is fast-moving and complex. People have all sorts of problems that require support and intervention. Since 2007, Harmony Pasifika has helped individuals, whānau, and communities find the key to change, but back then we were called Harmony Trust.

At Harmony Pasifika, our mission is to empower and build the capacity of our community. We believe that a balanced and positive self-view directly influences the overall wellbeing and health of our community.

Cultural knowledge serves as the foundation of our identity, offering a sense of belonging and pride that strengthens the fabric of our society. Our spiritual health acts as the guiding principle for our thoughts, decisions, and interactions. Understanding our economic landscape equips us with the tools to achieve financial stability – and is a cornerstone of individual and collective success.

By promoting social and emotional health, we create a resilient community capable of navigating the challenges of modern life with empathy and solidarity. When integrating these elements, Harmony Pasifika aims to cultivate a holistic approach to community development that empowers individuals.

Together, we can build a community that is vibrant and resilient but also deeply connected and self-sustaining.

Our team is dedicated to helping people make lasting change and have experience in a range of counselling and therapy needs including trauma informed practice, road safety, grief, anger management, depression, relationships, specialised rangatahi programmes, and whānau therapy.

Harmony Pasifika is a registered charity, our charity number is CC29579.
